SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Persimino. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked and delivered.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Persimino ships to the destinations currently available during checkout.
Available shipping methods, shipping charges and applicable delivery information will be shown before you complete your purchase.
2. FREE USA SHIPPING
We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States on qualifying orders of $55 or more.
Orders below the free-shipping threshold may be subject to a shipping charge. Any applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
After your order is placed and payment is successfully processed, the order is sent for fulfillment.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
During periods of high order volume, public holidays, supply-chain disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, fulfillment may take longer than usual.
If a material delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to provide updated information where possible.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times depend on your destination, fulfillment location, shipping method and carrier.
Where available, an estimated delivery window will be shown during checkout, in your order information or through your shipment tracking page.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly state otherwise.
For consumers where European Union consumer law applies, unless another delivery period has been agreed, goods must generally be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory delivery rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been fulfilled and a tracking number becomes available, you will normally receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
You can also track your shipment through our Track Your Order page.
Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives the shipment.
6. SHIPPING CARRIERS AND FULFILLMENT PARTNERS
Persimino may use third-party fulfillment providers, logistics partners and shipping carriers to prepare and deliver orders.
The carrier used may vary depending on the destination and available shipping route.
Tracking information may also be provided through third-party tracking services.
7. RISK DURING DELIVERY
Where Persimino arranges shipment to a consumer, Persimino remains responsible for the risk of loss of or damage to the goods until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If you independently select and commission a carrier that was not offered by Persimino, different rules may apply.
8. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.
If you discover an error in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.
If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be sent again, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier operations, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, transportation disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your shipment appears delayed, please check the tracking information first.
If you still need assistance, contact us at info@persimino.com and include your order number.
For consumers where EU consumer law applies, if goods are not delivered within the agreed delivery period or, where no different period has been agreed, within the applicable legal deadline, you may have statutory rights to request delivery within an additional reasonable period and, where applicable, terminate the contract and receive reimbursement.
10. PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED
If the carrier shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- check around the delivery location;
- check with other members of your household;
- check with neighbors, building staff or reception where applicable; and
- review the carrier's tracking information.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at info@persimino.com with your order number so we can review the available shipment information.
11. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive an incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, where possible, clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
12. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
International shipping availability depends on the destination options offered at checkout.
International shipments may be subject to customs processing, import taxes, duties or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where such charges apply and are not included in the price shown at checkout, responsibility for them will depend on the destination, applicable law and shipping arrangement.
We will not knowingly impose undisclosed mandatory charges that applicable law requires us to disclose before purchase.
13. CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as quickly as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be operationally possible.
Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
